Having excellent and effective interview skills is no doubt essential in business, especially if you really want to be successful in hiring future employees or talking to respondents or focus groups. While being an effective interviewer may seem straightforward, I wouldn’t say that it’s an easy skill without having the tools to assist in the entire process. Interviewing and hiring the right candidate takes hours upon hours to sift through resumes, pre-screen, screen, interview and then analyze before making the hopeful right choice.
I am a seasoned veteran in hiring candidates in multiple industries for various positions. I have also consulted with numerous companies and assisted with their market research projects on interviewing respondents for their focus groups. I’m hoping this interview transcription blog provides you what you need to do, how you can do it, tools you can do it with, and how you can use everything to become the best interviewer.
Some of the topics I’ll be writing about are drawn from my professional experiences in interviewing, tackling topics like navigating different interview transcriptions, focus group transcriptions, interview techniques, as well as the tools and services that can help you adapt to the needs of today’s competitive business environment.
