The Basics of Affiliate Networks
Affiliate networks are undoubtedly the most lucrative way of driving residual income for your business. Networking with affiliates who sell products similar to your own, but not competing products, provide a way for you and the affiliate to make a profit.
Our advice:
- Build at least 5 new affiliates per month.
- Measure your return and increase exposure for high paying affiliates.
- Test the websites you are pointing to insure they aren't sandboxed. You'll need the Google Toolbar to check ranking.
- Whenever possible, put your affiliate links at the top of the page.

- LinkShare
LinkShare has been around for years and may in fact be the largest provider of affiliate linkage. You have to enroll for each program independently and not all will accept your application. - Clickbank
Clickbank has a huge database of affiliates. You'll find several thousand small companies and entrepreneurs who are willing to pay up to 75% commission to sell their products. - Google AdSense
